Title and Duration

Successful completion of the post-graduate studies program leads to the ”Civil Engineering Post-graduate Degree Specializing in Antiseismic Design of Structures”. This degree, which is equivalent to a US Masters in Civil Engineering, is sufficient prerequisite for joining the department’s post-graduate program which leads to a doctorate (PhD) degree.

Program duration

The duration of the post-graduate program is a full calendar year and includes two semester terms (Fall and Spring, from September through May) for attending courses plus a Summer term (June through August) for completing a thesis.
